Just visit the homepage of our website and scroll down to browse through each product section: Yoga Mats, Accessories, Ebooks, Bundles.
You can click “Learn More” to read more details about each product and then use the “Add to Cart” button to select the ones you would like to purchase. Once you are done shopping, just select your Cart from the main menu and click “Buy” to proceed to the checkout page and place your order.
Yes, there are a few bundles available including different combinations of physical and digital products. You can find all bundles at the bottom of our website homepage. Bundles are already sold at a discounted price.
You can pay via Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you are using a card, quite often the issue is with your bank and the fact that you are making an international purchase / they may not recognise my domain. Please get in touch with them to resolve the issue or try using another card or payment method.
Please check the email account used to complete your order. Your order confirmation email (as well as dispatch confirmation email if your order includes physical items) should be there. If you can’t find your email, please:
- Make sure you are checking the same email account you used for your order with us.
- Remember that confirmation emails may take up to 24 hours to reach your inbox.
- Try checking your junk / spam folders.
- Search your email account for “email@example.com”, “Jessica Olie”, your order number, or the name of the items you ordered.
We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your order after you have placed it with us. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been placed. Please double-check your address during checkout as your order will be delivered there and you will be responsible for retrieving it.
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you will need to create another order again. You will not be refunded for postage as we have incurred the cost sending you the order.
If you have purchased the same digital product (e.g ebook) more than once, we can:
- refund you for the cost of any duplicate transactions using the same payment details and method you used to complete your purchase OR
- offer you access to a different digital product of the same or lower price and, if necessary, refund you the price difference between the two products.
If you have purchased the same physical product (e.g. mat, hoodie etc) more than once please contact our team immediately by submitting a ticket and see if they can cancel the duplicate order for you. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be successful as this depends on the status of your order when your request is reviewed. It can take our team up to 48 hours to review your ticket and by then, your order might already be fully processed.

1.0 = To START your journey
This ebook is designed to help you practice yoga from the very beginning. It will help you form your own yoga sessions and build your knowledge of yoga. From poses to flows, how to progress etc. So if you want your splits, learn how to do full bow, king pigeon, flip your grip and crow then this is the right ebook for you.
2.0 = To ADVANCE your practice
This ebook is a lot more advanced and won't help you with getting your splits or flipping your grip but it will teach you how to deepen your wheel, help you into forearm stands and handstands. You should be close to your splits, comfortable with your backbends, ok with headstands and crow to get the most out of 2.0. The second ebook covers: advanced splits, backbends, arm balances, inversions and flows + workouts.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to get creative with your flows? Learn how to flow? Build your own flow? This ebook is the perfect compliment to 1.0 and 2.0 as you can tailor it to your level by making it harder or easier.
Yes! You can use it on any device. Make sure you have a PDF reader like iBooks or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed before downloading.

Saving the PDF to iBooks on iPhone
Please ensure you are using Safari. After clicking the link in the confirmation email the ebook will be fetched and then downloaded and opened. Once open please click on the little square with an arrow coming out of it (at the bottom of your screen), then look for the ‘Copy to iBooks’ option. Your ebook will be saved to iBooks and stay there. If there is no ‘Copy to iBooks’ option, please click on ‘More…’ and ensure that iBooks is a share option. More help with this is available here.
Saving the PDF to Android devices
On your Android tablet or phone, open the file that you want to save as a PDF, and then tap ‘File’ on your tablet or tap the File icon on your phone. If not already selected, tap ‘Save as PDF’ on the drop-down list, and then tap ‘Save’. Choose a location for your PDF, enter a new name (optional), and then tap ‘Save’.

Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
